800 Hour Yoga Therapist Training
Following your 200 hour certification from any accredited school, the next step is the 300 hour foundational course, followed by an additional 500 hours of in depth exploration of the Therapeutic Application of Traditional Yoga to heal the entire human system utilizing practices, philosophy and introspection. With opportunities online and in person to explore new skillsets such as Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Depression, Yin Yoga training and Aerial Yoga Training or expand your knowledge base with advanced subtle body studies or Ayurveda, these courses are accredited as CEU opportunities with Yoga Alliance and APD courses with IAYT.
